To remain competitive, thousands of manufacturers need knowledge, training and state-of-the-art information and communication technology to improve productivity, shorten product development cycles and mass produce customised products as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. You will find all of this and much, much more at Industry 4.0 Summit 2018.
Industry 4.0 Summit – more than just a Conference
Attendees will have the chance to get involved in more specific knowledge sharing during the Industry Round Tables, seek technical advice at the Open Technology Forum (sponsored by Intel) and walk around the Factories of the Future Expo to talk to leading technology and solutions providers including Bosch Rexroth, Intel, Elisa, Omron, Crate.io and many more.
Knowledge Transfer Network will be holding Innovation Clinics on their stand at the Expo and Intel will also be bringing their IoT Solutions Workshop to the event.
Hosted in Manchester – the world’s first industrial city with the first factories and the first industrial estate – Industry 4.0 Summit will be UK’s largest gathering of solution providers, innovators and technology buyers looking to get ready for this step-change in global manufacturing. Comprising an exhibition, conference and plenty of those all-important networking opportunities, Industry 4.0 Summit is not to be missed.
Co-located with Factories of the Future Expo
What will the new factory look like? Technology is moving fast – what will industrial production look like 10-20 years from now? How will current factories compete with new factories that use next generation communication systems and concepts? Comprising a dedicated exhibition and a series of free seminars – the Open Technology Forum – adjacent to Industry 4.0 Summit, the Factories of the Future Expo will allow factory owners, plant managers and manufacturing heads to discover the latest smart technologies and services available for them to successfully compete for the next 20 years of production.
“But only 48% of manufacturers consider themselves ready for Industry 4.0.”. Whether you are ready or not the Industry 4.0 Summit and Factories of the Future will be a knowledge and technology sharing event you won’t want to miss!
